We have just released LT4, Long Track 4 of the VRC Extreme Racing Complex. This is the second track lay-out release based on the exclusive VRC designed on-road racing track. This new layout presents a new challenge to novice and experienced r/c racers and when mastered to the max, will give you that special r/c racers 'rush'.
LT4 is a variation on the standard LT1 layout and features 4 hairpins and 4 fast sweepers and 3 straights. The total length of this version is 473m! LT4 uses blue carpet areas to accentuate the flow of the track. The special carpet has a certain thickness to affect the cars when they go too wide!
LT4 will be used for the upcoming 2023 MID WEEK SPRINT SERIES 1:8 NITRO SPORTSCARS Round 7, so sign up, race and enjoy the thrill of racing and mastering this new track! Of course you can also start competing in the time trials and get your name up on the list!

A series of interviews with the best ‘virtual’ r/c racers in the world…
Hi Dana,
Congratulations with your 2022 VRC Worlds title 1:12 sportscars, I lost count how many you've won already but surely you're them man to beat in 12th. It again and again amazes me when I watch the replays and the video’s how fast and consistent you are able to race in VRC.
VRC: When and how did you get started in r/c and what class did you race in the beginning? And what was your very first r/c racing car?
Dana: I started racing around 1987 right around the time the Losi JRX-T came out which was my first racing car. I raced it off-road, dirt oval, carpet oval and even paved oval.
VRC: Did you start racing all by yourself or was it a typical ‘father and son’ effort? And if so, was your dad involved in r/c racing before as a racer or mechanic for someone else?
Dana: I started racing by myself. I worked for my Dad but I still “borrowed” some money now and then for some new killer packs. My dad comes to more of my... read more

A series of interviews with the best 2022 ‘virtual’ r/c racers in the world…
Wiktor, congratulations winning the 2022 VRC Worlds 1:10 Short Course Trucks at Rhein-Main in Germany. Such an exciting finish! But let me start with how you got involved in radio-controlled racing.
VRC: When and how did you get started in r/c and what class did you race in the beginning?
Wiktor: I started in 2017, 11 years old, because of my father, my first car was a Tamiya I don't know which model, but I think it was a TT-02
VRC: Did you start racing all by yourself or was it a typical ‘father and son’ effort? And if so, was your dad involved in r/c racing before as a racer or mechanic for someone else?
Wiktor: It was a typical father and son effort, my dad was the mechanic since the very first battery I drove, he always said he doesn't enjoy the driving as much as he does enjoy watching me fighting with others on track
VRC: How long did it take you to become an accomplished r/c racer? What classes do you race now, a... read more
